The centre offers free education to young people between the ages 14 and 26 years that come from a background of extreme poverty often coupled with other issues such as alcoholism, domestic violence and broken families.
Mirfat will be visiting Hiari Orphanage Centre to deliver the beds, blankets, mattresses and mosquito nets bought with the money raised in The Queen of Hearts and POWWE’R charity activities in 2009.
Photo reports of both visits will be published online in August.
